OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NUMBER 7267 TC/VP ON JULY 1, 2004
REGARDING CORRECTING DECISION NUMBER 54/2004/QĐ-BTC

- People's Councils, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities

- Courts, Supreme People's Procuracy

- Development Support Fund

- State-owned Corporations

- Department for Legal Document Review (Ministry of Justice)

 

The Ministry of Finance requests to correct the basis for implementing Decision No. 54/2004/QĐ-BTC dated June 16, 2004, issued by the Minister of Finance regarding the detailed list of programs and projects borrowing credit funds for national development investment as follows:

"Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992"

Now we propose to amend it as follows:

"Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001"

The Ministry of Finance hereby informs for your knowledge when implementing.
