ISSUED ON MAY 7, 2001 REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF DOCTORAL TRAINING TASKS
FOR HO CHI MINH CITY PASTEUR INSTITUTE
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING AT DOCUMENT NO. 529/SĐH DATED FEBRUARY 5, 2001, AND THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT AT DOCUMENT NO. 1014/BKHCNMT-TCCBKH DATED APRIL 17, 2001,
DECISION:
Article 1. ASSIGN THE TASK OF DOCTORAL TRAINING TO HO CHI MINH CITY PASTEUR INSTITUTE.
Article 2. THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SHALL TAKE THE LEAD AND COORDINATE WITH THE MINISTRIES OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, AND HEALTH TO DEFINE THE SPECIALTIES FOR DOCTORAL TRAINING AT HO CHI MINH CITY PASTEUR INSTITUTE.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRS OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND URBAN CENTERS UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND THE DIRECTOR OF HO CHI MINH CITY PASTEUR INSTITUTE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
