DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the temporary exemption from road usage fees for motorcycles on National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Toll Station (Km 1453) and Cam Thinh Toll Station (Km 1517+600) at the Diên Phú toll station (Km 1453) on National Highway 1A and the Cam Thịnh toll station (Km 1517+600)
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport expressed in Circular No. 5252/BGTVT-DBVN dated August 25, 2005 regarding the exemption from road usage fees for motorcycles at Dien Phu and Cam Thinh Toll Stations;
At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Temporarily exempt from road usage fees on National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Toll Station (Km 1453) and Cam Thinh Toll Station (Km 1517+600) for two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles, two-wheeled motorized vehicles, three-wheeled motorized vehicles, and similar types of vehicles until new regulations are issued.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to collect road usage fees on National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Toll Station (Km 1453) and Cam Thinh Toll Station (Km 1517+600), and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
