DECREE

REGULATING WORKING HOURS IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES

PRIME MINISTER

CONSIDERING THE CURRENT NEEDS OF WORK;

AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR,

DECREES:

Article 1. The working hours in government offices shall be eight hours per day.

Specific early or seasonal working hours according to the weather conditions of each season shall be determined by the Ministry of Interior.

Article 2. In cases where work requires it, the head of an agency may request staff to work overtime and they will receive compensation based on the number of additional hours worked. The system for overtime pay shall be established by the Joint Ministries of Labor and Finance.

Article 3. Any provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.

Article 4. Ministers shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
