DECISION
on the issuance of toll rates for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A

MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government regarding tasks, powers and responsibilities of ministries and ministerial-level agencies in state management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government regarding tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under state budget;
After receiving comments from the Ministry of Transport (circular No. 979/BGTVT-TCKT dated April 4, 2000);
On the proposal of the Director General of the Tax Administration Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate the attached Table of toll rates for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A.
The toll rates set forth in this Article shall apply to entities subject to collection and payment as stipulated in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the regime for collecting bridge and road fees managed by the state, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2. The toll collection agency for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A shall implement the collection, payment and management of collected fees in accordance with Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under state budget.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from June 1, 2000.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of tolls, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize collection of tolls for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A, and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
