Regarding the issuance of toll rates for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 979/BGTVT-TCKT dated April 4, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying Decision includes the Toll Rate Table for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A.
The toll rates stipulated herein apply to the entities responsible for collection and payment as prescribed in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the toll collection system for state-managed bridges and roads, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2. The toll collection agency for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A shall implement the collection, payment, and management of collected tolls in accordance with Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from June 1, 2000.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for My Thuan Bridge - National Highway 1A, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
