DECISION

Regarding the addition of nine types of fertilizers to the "List of Fertilizer Types Allowed for Use and Circulation in Vietnam"

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management over product quality;

Pursuant to Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the management of export and import of goods during the period from 2001 to 2005;

Pursuant to Circular No. 62/2001/TT-BNN dated June 5, 2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the export and import of goods under the specialized agricultural management according to Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection and Forestry Promotion Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Now, we add nine types of fertilizers to the List of Fertilizer Types Allowed for Use and Circulation in Vietnam. The importation of these fertilizer types shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 62/2001/TT-BNN dated June 5, 2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Plant Protection and Forestry Promotion Department,

relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
