THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government on the Provision of Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Seed Planting Ordinance.

Article 1. The List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. In addition to the aforementioned list, the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall issue additional lists of crop varieties permitted for production and business at the local level based on requirements, production capacity, and management capacity.
Articleonu 3. During each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities will adjust and supplement the names of crop varieties in the list to meet production and business requirements.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 5. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
