On the classification of national monuments

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

 On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Considering the Proposal No. 1560/UB dated July 4, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province and the dossier of the relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

 DECISION:

 Article 1. National Relic Classification: THE HISTORICAL RELIC LE PHUC CHURCH IN LIEN HOA COMMUNE, YEN HUNG DISTRICT, QUANG NINH PROVINCE.

(Supplemented to Decision No. 34/VH-QĐ dated January 9, 1990, on the classification of the Shrine of the Frontier Pioneers, where those who contributed to reclaiming land from the sea are worshipped).

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical Le Phuc Church within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Quang Ninh Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
