DECISION

On the classification of national monuments

 THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

 On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Considering the Report No. 837/UBND-VX dated April 27, 2006 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the dossier of historical relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department, 

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

HISTORICAL RELIC OF THE TEMPLE OF LORD NGUYEN XI IN XUAN QUANG COMMUNE, NGHI XUAN DISTRICT, HA TINH PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical relic of the Temple of Lord Nguyen Xi within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tinh Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
