Repeals Decision No. 167/2002/QD-BTC dated December 31, 2002, issued by the Minister of Finance on the issuance of regulations on information reporting systems for units under the Finance Ministry

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020, promulgated by the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016, promulgated by the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2023, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office,
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Decision No. 167/2002/QD-BTC dated December 31, 2002, issued by the Minister of Finance on the issuance of regulations on information reporting systems for units under the Finance Ministry.
Article 1. Repeal the entire legislative regulatory document
Repeals entirely Decision No. 167/2002/QD-BTC dated December 31, 2002, issued by the Minister of Finance on the issuance of regulations on information reporting systems for units under the Finance Ministry.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from February 9, 2024.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
The Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
