Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 24/2002/QĐ-BCN dated June 7, 2002 of the Minister of Industry promulgating the standards for enterprises producing and assembling two-wheeled motorcycles;
Pursuant to Decision No. 33/2006/QĐ-BCN dated September 13, 2006 of the Minister of Industry approving the Strategy for the Development of the Motorcycle Industry in Vietnam until 2015 with a vision to 2025;
Pursuant to the content of Circular No. 707/HLKC/07 dated March 6, 2007 of Hoa Lam KYMCO Joint Stock Company requesting confirmation of meeting the conditions for enterprises producing and assembling two-wheeled motorcycles;

Article 1. Recognizes Hoa Lam KYMCO Joint Stock Company as meeting the criteria for enterprises producing and assembling two-wheeled motorcycles as prescribed in Decision No. 24/2002/QĐ-BCN dated June 7, 2002 of the Minister of Industry.
Production and assembly location: E4/52 National Highway 1, Ward Bình Trị Đông B, District Bình Tân, Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2. Decision No. 3312/QĐ-CLH dated December 13, 2004 of the Minister of Industry regarding the recognition of enterprises meeting the conditions for production and assembly of two-wheeled motorcycles shall cease to be effective for Hoa Lam Joint Stock Company from the date this decision takes effect.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments: Machinery, Metallurgy and Chemicals, Science and Technology, Finance and Accounting, and the General Director of Hoa Lam KYMCO Joint Stock Company shall implement this Decision.
