Concerning the approval of the Charter on organization and operation of
Deposit Insurance Corporation of Vietnam
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 89/1999/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 1999 of the Government on deposit insurance;
On the basis of Decision No. 218/1999/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 1999 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the Vietnam Deposit Insurance Corporation;
At the proposal of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam and the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Deposit Insurance Corporation,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Charter on the organization and operation of the Vietnam Deposit Insurance Corporation attached to this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Deposit Insurance Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision.
