AMENDING DECREE NO. 27/2011/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 9, 2011

of the Government ON THE PROVISION, EXPLOITATION, PROCESSING, AND USE OF INFORMATION

ABOUT PASSENGERS PRIOR TO ENTERING VIETNAM BY AIR

Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,

THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES THIS DECREE TO AMEND THE PROVISIONS ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECREE NO. 27/2011/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 9, 2011 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE PROVISION, EXPLOITATION, PROCESSING, AND USE OF INFORMATION ABOUT PASSENGERS PRIOR TO ENTERING VIETNAM BY AIR,

Article 1. Amend Article 14

Article 14. Decree No. 27/2011/NĐ-CP shall be amended as follows:

"This Decree shall take effect from April 15, 2014."

Article 2. Effective Date

This Decree shall take effect from September 1, 2013./.
