PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister of the Government's Organization and Civil Service Department, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Justice,
DECISION:
Article 1. The allowance for enforcement officers working at civil enforcement agencies shall be VND 100,000 per person per month.
Article 2. The Ministry of Finance shall take the lead in coordinating with relevant ministries and sectors to allocate funds for implementing the allowance system within the annual state budget estimates of agencies whose beneficiaries are specified in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from July 1, 2001.
Article 4. The Minister of the Government's Organization and Civil Service Department, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Justice shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 5. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
