On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 1871/UBT-VX dated September 22, 2004, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province and the dossier of the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Ranking: ARCHITECTURAL AND ARTISTIC RELIC CHUA ONG (PHUC MINH CUNG), WARD 2, TRA VINH TOWN, TRA VINH PROVINCE.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Chua Ong (Phuc Minh cung) in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage within their respective duties and powers.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Tra Vinh Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
