THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of the Law on Legislative Acts issued on November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Acts issued on December 16, 2002;
On the basis of Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
On the basis of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
On the basis of Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam concerning central-level Official Gazette activities.
At the proposal of the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend the serial number and name of veterinary drugs in the attached list of seven (7) production facilities of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam issued pursuant to Decision No. 12/2007/QD-BNN dated February 6, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals used in veterinary medicine in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
