Regarding the establishment of the Project Management Board for the raw material region and the Fiberboard Plant in Gia Lai under the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 104/QĐ-TTg dated February 18, 1998 of the Prime Minister approving the Feasibility Study for planting raw material forests and constructing a Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) Plant in Gia Lai Province;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation in Circular No. 99HĐQT/TCLĐ/CV dated April 25, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. -Establish the Project Management Board for the raw material region and the Fiberboard Plant in Gia Lai under the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation to manage and implement the feasibility study for planting raw material forests and constructing the MDF Plant in Gia Lai Province.
Article 2. -The organization and operation of the Project Management Board for the raw material region and the Fiberboard Plant in Gia Lai shall be conducted according to the form of direct management and implementation of the project by the investor as prescribed in the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government.
Article 3. -The Vietnam Forest Products Corporation shall define the functions and responsibilities of the Project Management Board in accordance with specific conditions and current regulations of the Government.
Article 4. -The Project Management Board for the raw material region and the Fiberboard Plant in Gia Lai shall have a Director, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant of the Board, and other professional staff members.
The General Director of the Corporation shall allocate personnel for the Board, ensuring efficiency, streamlined operations, and effective work.
Article 4. -This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and replace Decision No. 44/1998/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated March 5, 1998.
Article 5. -The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, and the General Director of the Vietnam Forest Products Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
