Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Urban Planning Management Charter issued together with Decree No. 91/CP dated August 17, 1994 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 227/2003/QĐ-TTg dated November 6, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the adjustment of the Master Plan for the city of Biên Hòa, Province of Đồng Nai until 2020;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Đồng Nai Province (document No. 1567/CV-UBT dated March 26, 2004), the Ministry of Construction (document No. 518/BXD-KTQH dated April 16, 2004), and the Ministry of Industry (document No. 1829/CV-CNĐP dated April 16, 2004),
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing and adjusting part of the content of Point b, Clause 5, Article 1 of Decision No. 227/2003/QĐ-TTg dated November 6, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the Adjustment of the Master Plan for the city of Biên Hòa, Province of Đồng Nai until 2020 as follows:
Content: The phrase "Stop the extraction of stone at Hóa An, Tân Vạn, and Tân Hạnh quarries" shall be supplemented and adjusted to read: "The extraction of stone at Hóa An, Tân Vạn, and Tân Hạnh quarries will cease in 2010 to be transformed into a green park area with a lake, serving recreational and tourism purposes for the city of Biên Hòa."
Other contents remain unchanged.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Đồng Nai Province, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, and related organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
