On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 4072/UBND-VX dated October 6, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the dossier on cultural relics;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National ranking of cultural relic: THE ARCHITECTURAL ARTISTIC VILLAGE OF DƯƠNG LÂM IN DƯƠNG LÂM MARKET TOWN, SON TAY TOWN, HA TAY PROVINCE.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the cultural relics ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural artistic village of Dương Lâm according to the laws on cultural heritage within their respective functions and powers.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tay Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
