BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/ND-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 ON GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER’S DIRECTIVE NO. 14/2001/CT-TTg OF JUNE 11, 2001 ON MODERNIZING THE GENERAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM TO IMPLEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 40/2000/QH10 OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
PURSUANT TO THE CONCLUSIONS OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR REVIEWING THE PRIMARY SCHOOL BANA LANGUAGE CURRICULUM, ON NOVEMBER 22, 2007;
AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEAD OF THE ETHNIC GROUP EDUCATION DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE PRIMARY SCHOOL BANA LANGUAGE CURRICULUM.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE BANA LANGUAGE CURRICULUM ATTACHED HEREWITH SHALL BE THE BASIS FOR COMPILE TEACHING MATERIALS AND DIRECT BANA LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION AT THE PRIMARY LEVEL.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEAD OF THE ETHNIC GROUP EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING BOARDS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
