Issuing Regulations on the Appraisal of Education Programs and Textbooks for Vocational College Schools
Based on Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Based on Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,
Issued together with this Decision are the Regulations on the Appraisal of Education Programs and Textbooks for Vocational College Schools
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. The Heads of the Office, the Inspectorate, the Department of Vocational Education, the Testing and Quality Assurance Agency under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Heads of management agencies of vocational college schools, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of vocational college schools, and Heads of vocational college training institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Head of the Department of Vocational Education, the Director of the Testing and Quality Assurance Agency under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Heads of management agencies of vocational secondary schools, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, the Principals of vocational secondary schools, and the Heads of vocational secondary training institutions are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
