THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 2984/UBND-VX dated July 7, 2006, from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the dossier of historical relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Classification of national monuments:
HISTORICAL RELIC SANG PHUONG PAPER MAKERS' ANCESTRAL TEMPLE
NGHIA DO WARD, CAU GIAY DISTRICT, HANOI CITY
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the historical relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical relic Sang Phuong Paper Makers' Ancestral Temple within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hanoi City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
