Issuing Regulations on the Implementation of Provisions for the Use of the Vietnam-China Hotline

concerning sudden incidents arising from fishing activities at sea

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2012 of the Government on the organization and operation of Fisheries Inspection;

Pursuant to the Agreement on Fisheries Cooperation in the Gulf of Tonkin between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Republic of China signed on December 25, 2000, which took effect on June 30, 2004;

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China signed on June 19, 2013;

At the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

The Prime Minister issues these Regulations on the Implementation of Provisions for the Use of the Vietnam-China Hotline concerning sudden incidents arising from fishing activities at sea.

Article 1. These Regulations are promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 15, 2015.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./
