Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2016.
2. In cases where the referenced documents in the provisions of this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, they shall be applied according to the newly issued legal documents.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, Director General of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources General Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES ENCOUNTERED DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE REPORTED PROMPTLY TO THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT FOR REVIEW AND RESOLUTION./.
