DECREE
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 79/SL DATED JANUARY 15, 1952
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 58 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Interior;
Pursuant to Decree No. 23 dated December 12, 1946 establishing the Police Department;
Pursuant to Decree No. 7-SL dated January 20, 1950 organizing offices of Ministries and agencies under Ministries;
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc, former Director of the Political Department of the Police Department, is hereby appointed Deputy Director of the Police Department.
Article 2. The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree accordingly.
