MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Decree dated February 14, 1946 on reorganizing military courts,
DECREE:
Article 1: – Authorizes the Chief Judge of the Appeals Court in Thuan Hoa to designate, after consultation with the Chairman of the Central Committee for Administration, specialized judges to sit as associate judges in military courts established in the central region.
Article 2:– Authorizes the Chief Judge of the Appeals Court in Saigon to designate, after consultation with the Chairman of the Southern Committee for Administration, specialized judges to sit as associate judges in military courts established in the southern region.
Article 3:– The Director of Legal Affairs and the Chief Judges of the Appeals Courts in Thuan Hoa and Saigon are hereby instructed to implement this Decree.
