||| PERMITTING THE TRANSFORMATION OF VIETNAM GEOLOGICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION INTO VIETNAM GEOLOGICAL FEDERATION
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 providing for the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of Vietnam Geological Science and Technology Association and the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the transformation of Vietnam Geological Science and Technology Association into Vietnam Geology Federation.
Article 2. The Vietnam Geology Federation shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Vietnam Geology Federation shall finance its own operations and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Chairman of the Vietnam Geology Federation, the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Secretary-General of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
