RESOLUTION
ON THE APPROVAL OF PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS ON SOCIAL INSURANCE FOR STATE EMPLOYEES AND CIVIL SERVANTS
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Article 53, 73 and 74 of the Constitution of the Vietnamese Democratic Republic,
After hearing the Government Council's report on social insurance for state employees and civil servants,
At the proposal of the Government Council,
RESOLVES:
1. To approve the Government Council’s promulgation of provisional regulations on social insurance for state employees and civil servants. Following a period of implementation, these provisional regulations will be revised and supplemented to form a draft law on social insurance to be submitted to the National Assembly for approval.
2. The Government Council shall negotiate with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour regarding the management of the State’s social insurance fund and the administration of social insurance enterprises.
