Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of 03 June 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2009, of the Government detailing and providing measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2010/ND-CP dated September 28, 2010 of the Government on the Official Gazette;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting Circular No. 35/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated May 20, 2011 on guiding the implementation of logging and harvesting wood and non-timber forest products as follows:
Section 3, Chapter 2 was printed as: "Article 20. Logging bamboo and rattan in production forests, protective forests which are natural forests"
Corrected to read:Article 21. Logging bamboo and rattan in production forests, protective forests which are natural forests”
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Forest Administration General Department, Heads of Departments, Inspectorates, Chief of the Ministry's Office and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
