On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 1029/TT-UB dated May 5, 2005, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and the dossier of the cultural relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Classification of national monuments:
THE ARCHITECTURAL ARTISTIC CULTURAL RELIC VAN THANH CONFUCI TEMPLE IN TAN THANH WARD, TAM KY CITY, QUANG NAM PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural artistic cultural relic Van Thanh Confucius Temple within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Quang Nam Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
