REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "REGULATIONS ON THE WORK OF INVESTIGATING AND DETECTING PLANT PESTS"
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law dated August 8, 2002 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Pursuant to Decree No. 58/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government stipulating the Bylaws on Plant Protection, the Bylaws on Plant Quarantine, and the Bylaws on Management of Plant Protection Chemicals;
Pursuant to Decision No. 135/QĐ-BNN-KHCN of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued on October 1, 1999 regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the Establishment, Review, and Issuance of Industry Standards;

Article 1. Now hereby promulgates the following industry standards:
10 TCN 224 - 2003 "Regulations on the Work of Investigating and Detecting Plant Pests".
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Product Quality, the Director of the Plant Protection Agency, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
