Regarding supplementing the list of projects for state investment credit loans

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2004 of the Government on state investment credit for development;
Pursuant to the guidance of the Prime Minister in Document No. 1533/CP-CN dated October 14, 2004;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organization Finance;
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement the List of Projects for State Investment Credit Loans issued together with Decision No. 54/2004/QĐ-BTC dated June 16, 2004 of the Minister of Finance. The project for designing and manufacturing cranes and investing in two types of cranes (one portal crane with a capacity of 450/30T and a span of 120m, and two pedestal cranes with a capacity of 180/20T and a reach of 55m), implemented by the Quang Trung Mechanical Factory in Ninh Binh Province and the Nam Triệu Shipbuilding Company in Hai Phong City (under the Vietnam Shipbuilding Corporation).
Article 2. The above-mentioned investment projects that meet the prescribed conditions shall be eligible to borrow state investment credit loans. The term for signing a credit agreement between the project owner and the Development Support Fund shall end on December 31, 2005.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the Management Board, General Director of the Development Support Fund; the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organization Finance; and the Project Owners of the above-mentioned projects for designing and manufacturing cranes and investing in two types of cranes (one portal crane with a capacity of 450/30T and a span of 120m, and two pedestal cranes with a capacity of 180/20T and a reach of 55m) shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
