Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
BASED ON THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR IMPLEMENTING THE LAW ON PREVENTION AND COMBATING CORRUPTION AS PROVIDED IN DECISION NO. 30/2006/QĐ-TTg DATED FEBRUARY 6, 2006 ISSUED BY THE PRIME MINISTER;

Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM FOR IMPLEMENTING THE LAW ON PREVENTION AND COMBATING CORRUPTION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
