PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Ratification, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Transport.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Maritime Transport Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United States of America signed in Washington D.C. (United States) on March 15, 2007.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle the diplomatic procedures for the approval of the Agreement and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date when the Agreement comes into effect./.
