BASED ON THE LAW ON AQUATIC RESOURCES OF NOVEMBER 26, 2003;
BASED ON DECREE 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AQUATIC RESOURCES EXPLOITATION AND CONSERVATION.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE LIST OF ENDANGERED AQUATIC SPECIES AT RISK OF EXTINCTION IN VIETNAM THAT NEED TO BE PROTECTED, RESTORED AND DEVELOPED.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AQUATIC RESOURCES EXPLOITATION AND CONSERVATION, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, INSPECTORATE OF THE MINISTRY, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
