Considering the Government's proposal,
Article 1. Approving the supplementation of the Table of Position Allowances for the number of leadership positions of cities under provinces classified as Type I into Item III of the Table of Position Allowances for State leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies issued pursuant to Resolution No. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on approving the Table of Position Salaries, Table of Position Allowances for State leaders; the Table of Professional Salaries for the Judiciary and Prosecution sectors.

BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10;

Article 2. This Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2009.
