Approving the amendment and supplementation of Item III of the Table of Position Allowances for State leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies
issued pursuant to Resolution No. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on approving the Table of Position Salaries, Table of Position Allowances for State leaders; the Table of Professional Salaries for the Judiciary and Prosecution sectors

Considering the Government's proposal,
Article 1. Approving the supplementation of the Table of Position Allowances for the number of leadership positions of cities under provinces classified as Type I into Item III of the Table of Position Allowances for State leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies issued pursuant to Resolution No. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on approving the Table of Position Salaries, Table of Position Allowances for State leaders; the Table of Professional Salaries for the Judiciary and Prosecution sectors.

BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 30/2001/QH10, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 83/2007/QH11;
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2009.

Approve the supplementation of the Table of Position Allowances for the leadership positions of cities under provinces classified as Type I cities into Section III of the Table of Position Allowances for State leaders and full-time National Assembly deputies issued together with Resolution number 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regarding the approval of the Table of Position Salaries, the Table of Position Allowances for State leaders; the Table of Professional Salaries for the Judiciary and Prosecution sectors.
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2009.
The Government shall provide guidance on the implementation of this Resolution.
