GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam in 2003;
Pursuant to the Press Law adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on December 28, 1989 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Press Law No. 12/1999/QH10 dated June 12, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Editor-in-Chief of the Banking Journal and the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.

Article 1. Amendment and supplementation of Article 5 of the Regulations on the organization and operation of the Banking Journal issued together with Decision No. 254/2004/QĐ-NHNN dated March 12, 2004 shall be as follows:
Article 5 (new): The organizational structure of the Banking Journal includes:
1. Editorial Board (referred to as the Editorial Office);
2. General Affairs Section;
3. Distribution, Advertising, Marketing, and Service Section (referred to as the Distribution Section);
4. Financial Section.
Specific duties of each Section and Board shall be defined by the Editor-in-Chief of the Banking Journal.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres, the Editor-in-Chief of the Banking Journal, and the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
