Regarding the establishment of Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports Physical Education and Sports of Ha Tay

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 997/TCCB dated February 12, 2003,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establishing the Ha Tay University of Physical Education Teacher Training based on the Central Institute of Physical Education Teacher Training I.
Article 2. The Ha Tay University of Physical Education Teacher Training is under the Ministry of Education and Training, having legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts; the headquarters of the university is located in Chuong My district, Ha Tay province.
Article 3. The Ha Tay University of Physical Education Teacher Training has the following tasks:
1. Training physical education teachers at the bachelor's level and lower levels.
2. Providing professional training for physical education teachers.
3. Researching and applying physical education sciences.
Article 4. The Ministry of Education and Training directs the school to develop and implement long-term planning, build a teaching staff, and ensure material facilities to guarantee educational quality.
Article 5. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees directly under the central government, and Principals of the Central Institute of Physical Education Teacher Training I are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
