THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering Proposal No. 380/UB dated March 17, 2006 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province and the dossier on the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. National Architectural Art Relic: Dong Quach Communal House, Nam Ha Ward, Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province

The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics are ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the Dong Quach communal house architectural art relic within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Thai Binh Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
