THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996; Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government PROVIDING DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON LEGISLATIVE REGULATORY DOCUMENTS AND THE LAW AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON LEGISLATIVE REGULATORY DOCUMENTS;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of legislative regulatory documents;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. ABOLISHES Decision No. 03/2007/QĐ-BNN dated January 19, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of "Regulations on the announcement of quality standards for special agricultural products and goods."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, Directors of the Departments of Legal Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
