PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 177/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Board of Directors of the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction and Employment for the period 2001-2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Minister of Fisheries.
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement one Deputy Minister of Fisheries as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction and Employment for the period 2001-2005 established pursuant to Decision No. 177/2001/QĐ-TTg dated November 9, 2001 of the Prime Minister.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction and Employment, and members specified in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
