Regarding the approval of the adjustment plan for the restructuring and renewal of state enterprises under the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the restructuring and renewal plan for some state-owned companies directly under the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province as set out in the Appendix attached hereto.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province:
1. Directs the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned companies directly under the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province in accordance with Decision No. 106/2003/QĐ-TTg dated May 29, 2003 of the Prime Minister on approving the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province for the period 2003-2005 and this Decision.
2. Complete the restructuring project for state-owned forest farms in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the restructuring, renewal, and development of state-owned forest farms, and submit it to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for review to be submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province and heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
