PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province

Article 1. Approves the restructuring, reform, and development plan for state-owned forest enterprises under the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province as follows:

- Separating the August Forest Enterprise from the Phu Yen Special Forest Products Company to establish the Song Con Protective Forest Management Board;

- Separating the Ha Dan Forest Enterprise from the 3-2 Company to establish the Ha Dan Protective Forest Management Board.

Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province:

1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned forest enterprises as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.

2. Adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to forest management boards in accordance with the local forestry development plan, the individual forest enterprise development plans, and the provisions of Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the restructuring, reform, and development of state-owned forest enterprises.

Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, and related agencies shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province in implementing this Plan.

The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time propose solutions to overcome difficulties during the implementation process to the Prime Minister.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
