THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law No. 17/2003/QH11 dated November 26, 2003 of the National Assembly, 11th term;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 on Livestock Breeds and Ordinance No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 on Crop Breeds, both dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, 11th term;

Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business of certain aquatic industries;

At the proposal of the Director of the Aquaculture Cultivation Department,

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Regulation on Management of Aquatic Seed Production and Business.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, Heads of Departments, Inspectors General of the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
