PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Anti-Corruption Law on November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Clause 11, Article 6 of Decree No. 37/2007/ND-CP dated March 9, 2007 of the Government on asset and income transparency;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of persons subject to asset and income declaration currently working in administrative state agencies and armed forces is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Councils, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for detailing the list of persons subject to asset and income declaration within their respective agencies, organizations, and units to implement asset declaration in accordance with this Decree.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Based on the List of persons subject to asset and income declaration issued together with this Decision, it is requested that the Office of the National Assembly, the Office of the President, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, central agencies of the Party, and political-social organizations specify the list of persons subject to asset and income declaration to implement asset declaration in accordance with the law.
Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision. In the process of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to report to the Ministry of Home Affairs for consolidation and submission to the Prime Minister for consideration and appropriate amendments and supplements./.
