THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enactment of Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178-CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department; Heads of units under and directly under the Ministry;
DECISION:
Article 1. Now announces the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2002, which have ceased to be in force, comprising 105 documents (Attached list).
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the direct control of the central government, and units subordinate to or directly under the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
