THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to the Civil Code dated July 14, 2005; the Intellectual Property Law dated November 29, 2005; and Decree No. 100/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 21, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Civil Code and the Intellectual Property Law on copyright and related rights;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Copyright Agency for Literature and Arts;
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates four application forms: Application Form for Registration of Copyright, Application Form for Registration of Related Rights, Certificate of Registration of Copyright, and Certificate of Registration of Related Rights.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Copyright Agency for Literature and Arts, the Directors of Cultural and Information Departments of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and organizations and individuals having rights and obligations under this Decision shall be responsible for its implementation./.
