Regarding the issuance of the code number for the national program on labor protection, occupational safety, and occupational health
On the basis of the State Budget Law No. 01/2002/QH 11 dated December 16, 2002;

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
On the basis of Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
On the basis of Decision No. 233/2006/QĐ-TTg dated October 18, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the National Program on Labor Protection, Occupational Safety, and Occupational Health until 2010;
On the basis of Circular No. 70/2007/TTLT-BTC-BLĐTBXH dated June 26, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the management and use of funds to implement the National Program on Labor Protection, Occupational Safety, and Occupational Health until 2010.
At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department.
Issuing the code number for the National Program on Labor Protection, Occupational Safety, and Occupational Health according to Appendix No. 01 attached to this Decision. All revenues and expenditures from the state budget under the National Program on Labor Protection, Occupational Safety, and Occupational Health (including development investment expenses and regular expenses) shall be accounted for according to the program code, target, and project at the national level and in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Directory; specifically, accounting according to Type and Item shall be guided by Appendix No. 02 attached to this Decision.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, central-level social organizations, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for directing, implementing, and guiding subordinate units to comply with this Decision.
Article 2. The Director of the State Budget Department, the Head of the Ministry Office, and the heads of units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for guiding and organizing the implementation of this Decision./.
